These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between cvkkk ("Platform", "we", "us") and every individual who uses any service provided by cvkkk ("User", "you", "your"). By accessing the cvkkk website, creating an account, or beginning to use any game or betting service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. cvkkk reserves the right to modify these Terms; continued use of the platform after any modification will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and participate on the cvkkk platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

You must be 21 years of age or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
You must register using your real name, accurate contact information, and a valid identity document.
You must not access the platform from any country or region where such services are legally prohibited.
Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
You confirm that you are not a member of any professional players' association or a person on any prohibited list.

Account Rules

2 Account Registration

When creating an account on cvkkk, you must provide accurate and complete information. cvkkk reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to contain false information at registration. As part of identity verification, you may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document. Withdrawal facilities may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential and secure. Never share your username and password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify cvkkk immediately. The user bears responsibility for any loss resulting from their account credentials falling into another person's hands.

4 Account Suspension & Closure

cvkkk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

Violation of these Terms
Evidence of fraudulent activity
Detection of attempts to operate multiple accounts
Indications of money laundering or suspicious financial transactions

5 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time through our support channels. Before the request is processed, it will be verified whether any pending bonuses or wagering requirements have been met. Any valid balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the user, provided no terms have been violated.

Financial Transaction Policy

6 Deposit Rules

Three deposit methods are currently available on the cvkkk platform: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. There is no set maximum deposit limit, though verification may be required for large transactions as a security measure. If a deposited amount is not reflected in your account, contact the support team and keep proof of the transaction (screenshot or transaction ID).

7 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount from cvkkk is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be completed:

Account verification must be complete.
Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
The withdrawal method must match the deposit method — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
There must be no ongoing investigation or security review.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled if processing has already begun.

8 Currency & Transaction Verification

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). cvkkk follows Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions. Conducting transactions on behalf of or in the name of any third party is strictly prohibited. Deposits and withdrawals must always be made from an account registered in the same person's name.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

9 Welcome Bonus

cvkkk offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000; or depositing ৳6,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳11,000. To release the bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met, calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 before you can withdraw bonus winnings. No winnings from the bonus may be withdrawn before this requirement is met.

10 General Bonus Rules

Each user may claim each promotion only once.
If unusual betting patterns designed to gain bonuses are detected (such as betting on opposing outcomes), the bonus will be cancelled.
Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.
cvkkk reserves the right to modify, cancel, or end any promotion.
The validity period of each bonus will be stated in the detailed terms of that offer.

11 VIP Program

The cvkkk VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Promotion to a VIP tier is determined based on a user's overall activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is added to the account automatically and can be withdrawn subject to applicable terms.

Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities

12 Fair Play Rules

cvkkk is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent environment for all players. To that end, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Automated betting using software or bots
Exploiting any technical advantage to influence game outcomes
Pre-arranged outcome fixing with other players (Collusion)
Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform
Operating an account using a false identity or false information

13 Fraud & Manipulation

Any form of fraudulent activity, system abuse, or attempt to manipulate the platform is subject to legal penalties and may give rise to civil proceedings. In such cases, cvkkk will:

Immediately suspend or close the account
Cancel all accumulated bonuses and winnings
Reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities
Seek compensation for damages

14 General Betting Rules

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled under any circumstances. If a technical error creates an abnormal opportunity on any bet, cvkkk reserves the right to void that bet. In the case of a session interrupted by a lost internet connection or any other reason, cvkkk's server logs will be treated as the definitive record. In sports markets, the official result of the tournament is considered final.

19 Dispute Resolution Process

Every complaint will be reviewed fairly, and all relevant evidence (transaction history, game logs) will be taken into consideration.
